Hi. I have enjoyed looking at your web site, thanks. We are coming down to Fiesta key sept 9-11 I have a 25′ wellcraft offshore. My wife likes to fish for snapper, I saw your mention of “patch reef” I am not familiar with that term. I prefer to troll for Dolfin. I am open to any feedback if you don’t mind shareing your knowledge. Thanking you in advance, Dave Harp. Naples Florida.

A patch reef is a small patch of coral rock located on the shore side of the reef line itself. The waters off Marathon are dotted with tons of them.
